The California Board of Education specifies that all schools provide instruction in designated areas. SoloQuest graduation requirements are aligned with these requirements and have been augmented to require more computer, career exploration and personal development course work and experiences so that students are truly prepared for the rapidly changing world. See all the courses SoloQuest
offers for grades 9-12.
Students take an active role in choosing their courses and are responsible for completing their assignments and projects within specific time frames. Assignments
can be completed at SoloQuest in the study area or computer lab, at home, in the
library, in career exploration sites or other educational settings. Flexible scheduling is available. Students can balance school with other extra curricular activities. | Our philosophy is that all students can learn college and career preparatory courses given the support and the time necessary for their personal learning needs. Through challenging curriculum, the SoloQuest staff work to ensure students work to their potential. Course Credit Courses can be completed in sessions with a six, eight or fifteen week term. Please consult the staff for more information about the accelerated terms of six and eight weeks. Credit can be earned for certain
sports, art or drama activities that a student is involved in outside of school
and courses can be taken at the local community colleges while the student is
a high school student. |
